Perform and learn and learn ...
It is interesting to me that Alan Becher in his review of my performances in the South Florida Classical Review brings my primary influences – my instructors and mentors – to mind. I have truly been blessed with the most wonderful support in finding and refining my musical skills, and even now I continue to learn and relearn from every collaboration!

Chausson
From icy Toronto through balmy, cool, Victoria BC, I am now basking in the sun and warm breezes of Florida. Chausson's refines itself in my mind and my practice. Rehearsals already suggest an exciting show!

Enticing!
The works I will be performing in Florida are different beasts that share one trait: the ability to seduce.
In the Piano Quartet by Ernest Chausson scheduled for 13 February at the New World Center in Miami Beach, I will enhance the composer's intention to delight, titillate and move the listener, by adding sparkling lightness as well as drama.

Off to BC for the weekend!
Just announced: Twice this weekend, I'll be performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 with the Victoria Symphony at the Royal Theatre in Victoria BC: Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2:30pm. The piece is one of my favorites - I really can't wait!
